Words by Bob Levy
Music by Dennis Livingston

Words alone can have an empty meaning.
Sometimes the right words are hard to say.
But if a picture's worth a thousand words,
I'll paint a portrait of my thoughts this way.

Picture a garden filled with flowers,
in a meadow beside a winding stream.
A place to while away the hours,
in a portrait of my never ending dream.

Picture a willow by the garden,
in a valley where life seems so serene.
Two people sit beneath the willow,
in a portrait of my never ending dream.

Just two happy people,
very much in love.
So much joy together,
more than they could ever dream of.

Picture a house that rings with laughter,
a home where two can live eternally.
A place that children fill soon after,
in a portrait of my never ending dream.

Picture that we are these two people.
Can you see the beauty of this scene?
The two of us forever after,
in a portrait of my never ending dream,
in a portrait of my never ending dream.
